Role: Performance Marketing Lead Salary: €80,0000 - €95,0000 dep on exp) per annum + Awesome Benefits Location: Hamburg, Germany – Hybrid Work Policy (1-2 day in the office per month in office!)

What You’ll Be Doing: Launch New Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute innovative customer acquisition strategies. Managing a team of marketing professionals! Identify Growth Channels: Bring new, promising acquisition marketing channels to life. Manage Budgets: Take ownership of performance marketing budgets to drive efficiency and impact. Track Performance: Monitor customer conversion funnels and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.

What We’re Looking For: 5 years experience with leading a team Proven experience in ads, social media, SEA and paid social campaigns. Strong analytical and creative skills to drive data-driven decisions. Fluent in German and English—both written and spoken.
