Performance Marketing Manager – Focus on Video Ads (f/m/d)

What We Are Looking For

Do you love producing creative videos and diving deep into campaign data? Do you think in stories, but also enjoy clicking through dashboards? As a growing company with currently 40 employees, we are looking to strengthen our marketing team at our Hamburg headquarters as soon as possible with a communicative and motivated.

Performance Marketing Manager – Focus on Video Ads (f/m/d)

Position is part-time (20 hours per week) and limited to 1.5 years.

You will

• You produce video ads that not only look great, but also generate leads and sales
• You develop funnel concepts and social ad campaigns, test different variations, and optimize them in close collaboration with the Senior Performance Manager
• You are open to new technologies, keep an eye on current trends, and see AI as an opportunity for continuous improvement
• You bring a strong sense for visual design – from social posts to performance creatives
• You keep track of campaign performance, identify patterns, and derive data-driven decisions
• You work closely with our content and social media teams at the intersection of creativity, performance, and strategy

What You Bring To The Table

• Several years of experience in performance marketing, especially in video ads (e.g. Meta, TikTok)
• A talent for storytelling, visual design, and video editing (Premiere, After Effects, or Canva Pro – whatever suits you best)
• The ability to package content offerings in a way that sparks interest in yoga and meditation
• Numbers don’t scare you – you want to understand what works and why
• Very good English skills, as you will regularly collaborate with our English-speaking team
• You enjoy working independently, are curious, like to move things forward, are eager to try new ideas, and bring a healthy dose of creativity
