Who will you join?
The mission of Group Privacy is to develop and sustain the Allianz Group's privacy strategy framework to enable our businesses to increase customers', employees' and third parties' trust in handling of their data. We support the ethical usage of AI in Allianz and the implementation of upcoming data regulations to promote sustainable business growth.
You will join our Governance & Operations team, which is responsible for maintaining Group Privacy's relationship with our global entities, reporting, maintenance of our corporate rules, development of trainings, administration and tooling.
We are seeking a proactive and efficient personal assistant and analyst with strong organizational skills, who is able to work precisely and independently. You will directly support our Group Chief Privacy & AI Trust Officer with their schedule, travel, meeting coordination, filing and document management. In addition, you will manage a range of operational tasks, working closely with our team assistant on event management, contracts and invoicing, as well as time management. Analysis tasks may include support on various operational projects and reporting, as well as data visualization and trend analysis.
The ideal candidate will be fluent in both German and English. The role requires extensive communication with German-speaking clients and stakeholders in Munich, including incoming and outgoing correspondence with German Data Protection Authorities via Schwabing office and other Group Centers in Munich.
