Exciting opportunity to support a highly successful global entrepreneur/UHNWI with a proven track record of success. We are seeking a top-tier Personal Assistant to provide high-level business support to this dynamic and charismatic individual.
This hybrid role requires flexibility, including occasional travel based on business needs.
No two days will be the same — we’re looking for someone at the top of their game: experienced in gatekeeping, anticipating needs and always ready with a solid back-up plan. You’ll handle scheduling international meetings, inbox and calendar management, attending meetings, researching companies and individuals, organizing high-profile events, arranging private jet travel and liaising with senior stakeholders and private offices.
You’ll be working closely with influential figures and making the impossible possible on a daily basis.
To succeed, you must have exceptional organizational skills, outstanding communication, impeccable discretion and a polished, professional presence. Proactivity, adaptability and the ability to stay calm under pressure are essential.

We are hiring a full-time Personal Assistant to provide executive and personal support. Responsibilities include calendar and inbox management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements and general administrative tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements:Minimum of five years’ experience in a comparable role, reporting directly to a C-level executive or founderC1 level English proficiency; Spanish proficiency is not mandatory but highly advantageousExceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detailExcellent diary and calendar management skillsStrong communication skills, with a general aptitude for salesmanshipExcellent memory and accurate note-taking capabilitiesAbility to proactively anticipate needs and demonstrate initiativeExperience in booking private and commercial flights, including complex itinerariesStrong boundary-setting skills and emotional intelligenceAbility to understand, adapt to, and communicate effectively across diverse cultures, from Ireland to MalaysiaDemonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and professionalismWillingness to sign and uphold a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)Flexibility, adaptability, and composure under pressure are essential
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to complete three phone interviews, undertake one to two personality assessments, and undergo a background check in accordance with local laws.
Salary is dependent on experience (DOE) and will be based on qualifications, with differential pay for additional languages spoken fluently.
International travel of 4-8 weeks per year should be anticipated.
