THE TEAM AND YOUR ROLE

As a Nursing Professional for Software Testing (QA) (all genders), you ensure that our software not only works reliably but also delivers an excellent user experience. Your testing helps us identify issues early, optimise usability, and continuously improve the stability of our platform. In close collaboration with our product and engineering teams, you directly influence the quality of our software and thereby contribute to a better digital care experience in hospitals.

YOUR TASKS

• Testing our software for functionality, design, usability, and content accuracy
• Executing structured tests based on defined requirements and test plans
• Identifying and precisely documenting all types of issues — from spelling mistakes to technical bugs
• Creating Jira tickets for identified deviations and tracking the progress of issue resolution
• Developing and maintaining test plans, test cases, and test reports
• Conducting regression tests for resolved issues

Your Qualifications

• Experience in software testing, test methods, and quality assurance
• Initial experience in nursing is desirable
• Technical understanding, perseverance, and a strong commitment to quality
• Highly structured and self-driven working style
• Strong attention to detail and passion for precise results
• Solution-oriented mindset and hands-on mentality
• Experience with Jira is a plus
• Fluent in German and English
