We have a (D)OWN Pool – and YOU can join starting from or later, in full-time, part-time, or flexible working models!

Want to decide for yourself when and how often you work – and still be part of a strong team? Then we are the right place for you! Our nursing Flexi-Pool is like a real pool:

• Our Flexi-Pool allows you to decide when and how you work, while we support our stations flexibly.
• Your preferred schedule is submitted 7 weeks in advance.
• Planning is voluntary, considering your wishes and social hardships (e.g., single parents).
• Your deployment: mainly on beds-keeping stations (including training in emergency admissions, no functional areas without training).
• Training: 12 weeks (including 4 weeks in emergency admissions).
• During free times, you are assigned to a permanent station.
