We are looking for a part‑time hours per week = 75%) fixed‑term researcher (PhD) to start on and continue until (end of the DFG Project – GaAs Quantum Dots: from Form to Function). The position is at TVL E13.

The place of work is Ruhr University Bochum. If the position is funded by third‑party funds the employee has no teaching obligation.
