Your profile

• Master of Science degree in a technical field, preferably optical physics or engineering, with eligibility for PhD enrollment at German universities (3-year PhD project)
• Strong proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Independent, proactive working style with high commitment and motivation
• Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills
• Willingness to travel, including extended research stays at partner institutions
• Interest in interdisciplinary research and international collaboration
