Your mission

• Edit compelling content:You'll turn raw video clips and photos into powerful, polished assets for our website, campaigns and socials.
• Bring stories to life: From cutting and color grading to transitions and sound design, you know how to create the right mood and message through visual storytelling.
• Create content that converts: You'll produce short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) that don't just look good, but grab attention and drive engagement.
• Collaborate cross-functionally: You'll work closely with our content, design and marketing teams to translate ideas and briefs into visual assets that hit the mark.
• Shape our visual identity: You'll ensure a consistent look & feel across formats and platforms while pushing creative boundaries.
• Think beyond the edit: You bring ideas to the table for shoots, storyboards, formats and trends – and you're not afraid to experiment.

Your profile

• A strong portfolio: You have experience in photo and video editing, especially for digital and social-first formats.
• Tech & tools mastery: You're confident in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom – and know when to use what.
• A sharp creative eye: You recognize what makes content visually powerful – from pacing and framing to color and sound.
• Trend awareness:You're always up to date with digital trends, formats and what's working on TikTok, Instagram & YouTube.
• Structured & self-driven: You manage multiple projects at once, keep deadlines and stay organized – even under time pressure.
• Bonus points: Experience with motion graphics, 3D or photography direction? We love that.
• Language skills: You speak fluent German or English – both is a big plus.
