What you bring to the table

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• At least 2 years of relevant full-time professional experience in web development
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript or PHP, as well as practical experience with modern web frameworks (e.g., React or Symfony)
• Proficiency in clean code, testing strategies, and standard development processes (e.g., code reviews, CI/CD)
• Experience using AI tools to support the development process
• High degree of personal responsibility, a structured approach to work, and a strong commitment to quality
• Enjoyment of taking on technical responsibility and sharing knowledge within the team
• Excellent written and spoken German skills (minimum C1 level)

Your responsibilities include

• You design and develop complex features and services and take on technical responsibility for them
• You analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into sustainable, scalable software solutions
• You ensure high code and system quality through appropriate testing, reviews, and monitoring
• You actively drive the further development of our system architecture and best practices
• You identify opportunities for optimization and continuously improve performance and user experience
• You work closely with product management and other stakeholders to develop optimal solutions
