Job Summary

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team! As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide hands‑on therapy to help patients restore movement, reduce pain, and improve overall function. You will only treat one patient at a time. For 2026 we will be adding Eastern Shore BioHealth which will offer stretching services, a fitness gym, and holistic health care. Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients by reviewing medical history, performing physical assessments, and identifying functional limitations
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient goals and physician referrals
• Provide hands‑on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and pain management
• Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and document outcomes accurately
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, injury prevention, and post‑treatment care
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care

Qualifications

• Valid state Physical Therapist license required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of physical therapy techniques, documentation, and treatment protocols
• Strong critical thinking, time management, and problem‑solving skills
