Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, M.A., or M.S. in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
• Currently licensed and/or registered as a Physical Therapist in the applicable state.
• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluation based on physician orders.
• Develop and implement treatment plans with long‑term and short‑term goals, frequency, duration, and appropriate modalities.
• Obtain physician orders for evaluations, treatments, re‑certifications, and discharges.
• Utilize modalities and modify treatment plans as indicated while adhering to precautions.
• Complete all required documentation.
