Job Title: Physiotherapist

Location: Biberach, Germany

About the role:

High Five are excited to collaborate with Boehringer, bringing active spaces and wellbeing support to thousands of its employees within Germany. Our physiotherapists will work with the employees of our client to improve and prevent physical wellbeing issues found in corporate environments.

Your responsibilities:

Ability to build relationships with customers and identify their needs. Be easily accessible and flexible for the employees of our corporate clients. Carry out workplace examinations, reintegration processes and ergonomics training. Collaborate with internal stakeholders and present suggestions for improvements. Recognise common physical or psychosocial problems and provide counselling and preventive treatment.

What you’ll bring:

Valid qualification in physical therapy or sports therapy. Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken. Sound physiotherapy knowledge and skills; Experience in occupational physiotherapy is an advantage. Ability to work independently on site. Strong communication skills with customers and stakeholders as well as the ability to independently voice complaints and suggestions for improvement.
