Qualifications

• A valid Pilates Instructor certification or equivalent non-U.S. certification translated to English
• A Primary Group Exercise certification (ACE, NASM, or NETA)
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certification
• Solid understanding of anatomy, body mechanics, and core strength training

Duties

• Conduct Pilates classes focusing on body alignment, controlled movements, and breathing
• Teach participants to strengthen core muscles, improve balance, and develop flexibility
• Provide modifications for all skill levels to ensure safety
• Prepare, set up, and return all class materials and equipment
• Keep class records and report attendance and performance feedback
