Job Title: Plant Director / Plant Manager

Location: Near Bamberg, Bavaria

About Our Client and the Position

Our client is a global Tier 1 automotive supplier and is currently seeking a Plant Director for one of the biggest manufacturing plants in the region near Bamberg (1.200 employees). One of the key challenges is to lead deep financial, technical, and leadership transformation of the plant as well as establish stronger cross-functional collaboration and communication

Responsibilities

Lead deep financial, technical, and leadership transformation of the plant as well as establish stronger cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing a Tier 1 automotive manufacturing plant
• Demonstrated success in turnaround management across financial, technical, and leadership dimensions
• Strong leadership capability and the ability to operate confidently in ambiguous and challenging environments, combined with high energy and determination
• Business-fluent German and English skills
