I am currently partnered with a leading manufacturer within the Food Ingredient space who is looking for a Plant Manager.

Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficiency and safety. Manage production schedules to meet customer demands and company goals. Lead, coach, and develop a diverse team of employees. Implement and maintain quality control standards specific to specialty food ingredients. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations. Collaborate with R&D to innovate and improve product offerings. Analyze performance metrics; suggest and implement operational improvements. Maintain budgetary controls and manage plant expenditure effectively. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and sustainability within the plant.

Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in the food ingredients industry. Proven track record in plant management roles. Bachelor’s degree in a food-related field preferred. Experience with specialty food ingredients is essential. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
