Our growth is creating great opportunities!*Below is the job description for open position**Responsibilities:**Strategy* Ensure global & local strategies are created according to plant’s requirements* Responsible for the effective implementation and application of the corporate procurement strategy to achieve the objectives of the plant.* Ensure the execution of the global commodity strategies (direct, indirect, CAPEX).* Responsible for definition and deployment of commodity strategies not addressed at corporate level.Performance and competitiveness:* Accountable for budget & performance KPI of the site in charge.* Accountable for monthly reporting and actions follow-up to achieve targets.* Continuously challenge and fill in the pipe of improvement actions* Represent Procurement at plant management level and ensure corporate procurement strategies are understood* Explore market, find / qualify new suppliers for commodities managed locally.* Support the whole procurement activities relating to new products / projects* Support Production / R&D departments on their task but also in any disputes with suppliers* Negotiate best conditions for products/equipment/services not covered by GCM agreements (Price, Payment terms and conditions, LT, stock management, Quality targets)* Ensure the optimization of sourcing procurement via supplier audit* Accountable for local supplier contract management.* Establish strategy for local indirect purchases, create and maintain competitive environment between suppliers.ERP & internal control* Accountable for the quality of all purchasing data in the ERP, must warn Global Commodity Managers in case of any gap for relevant commodity* Ensure local procurement performance is aligned with local controllingPolicies and procedures* Establish and share procedures, methodologies and tools to improve procurement department’s performance* Respect group procurement standard for new business award**Qualification*** 6–10 years of experience in Procurement within manufacturing environment.* Business School degree / Postgraduate studies in Management, Engineering, or a related field.* Proven experience in indirect purchasing, including supplier negotiations and contract management, with understanding of legal aspects related to contracts.* Professional certifications such as CIPS, ISM, Lean, or Supply Chain Management are considered an advantage.* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a matrix and international environment.* Fluent in German and English*Join Linxens to work in a multicultural environment, collaborating with leading tech innovators and making a global impact on technology.*LINXENS is an equal-opportunity employer that strictly prohibits unlawful or unethical discrimination.
