Responsibilities

Designing and developing high speed precision planting meter & seed delivery device for different crops and agronomy. Collecting information about high speed precision planter of benchmarking enterprises and conducting benchmarking research. Establishing theoretical calculation methods and design standards of high speed precision planting meter & seed delivery device. Establishing test methods of high speed precision planting meter & seed delivery device. Participating in the layout reviews of planters & row units. Participating in the design scheme reviews of the intelligent monitoring system, hydraulic system, transmission system of planter. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the design and development of high-end precision planters, work experience with leading planter brands are preferred Experienced with pneumatic seed metering systems (air seeding technology). Strong knowledge of agricultural machinery design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes. Willingness to travel internationally for project coordination, supplier visits, and field validation. Seniority level
