As a Microsoft Dynamics Platform & Solution Architect (m/f/x) , you will assume functional and technical responsibility for designing and optimizing marketing, sales, and service processes within a defined client base. In this role, you will be a key pillar of our service delivery model and will effectively contribute your years of expertise to the development of innovative solutions. In your role, you will design the functional and technological architecture for our clients. You will independently conduct client and requirements workshops, analyze business processes, and translate them into functional and technical solution concepts. Additionally, you will be responsible for drafting Statements of Work and calculating project costs, and you will guide our clients through all phases of a project. As an expert, you will also develop guidelines, share your knowledge within the team, and actively support the transfer of expertise within our organization.

Your profile:

• Professional experience as a Platform Architect / Solution Architect or in a similar role in the Microsoft Dynamics environment
• Extensive knowledge of the Power Platform and good knowledge of the Azure Platform, as well as AI and data architectures
• Solid experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes, along with a deep understanding of the underlying technical system landscapes
• Good knowledge of agile project methodology and the use of Azure DevOps / JIRA
• Fluency in German and good English skills are required for your daily tasks, as well as a willingness to travel moderately
• A results-oriented approach, initiative, and strong organizational skills
• High level of commitment and ability to work in a team, as well as a confident and professional demeanor
• High quality awareness, strong customer focus, and entrepreneurial thinking
