Poppintree Youth Project - Board Member

The client is seeking enthusiastic and skilled individuals to join the client's Board of Management, aiming to enhance the future direction of the organization. As a community-based youth service, they highly value a robust community presence on the board and seek individuals ready to contribute at a board level. The client is particularly interested in involving local community members, professionals, and individuals with expertise in areas such as law, human resources, or accounting.

Although the board currently consists of 10 devoted volunteers, and all positions are filled, the client welcomes new voices to join. A board member will significantly influence the organization's strategic direction, decision-making processes, and adherence to their mission. Collaboration with a diverse group of individuals is essential in navigating challenges and fostering growth. The board has three main subgroups: Policy, Finance, and Staffing, each contributing to a vital aspect of the organizations development and operational health.
