As a Conversion Rate Optimization Manager at Sonova, you will own, optimize, and personalize digital experiences to increase conversion rates across the journey. You will collaborate with UI/UX specialists, developers, and analysts to identify and resolve user pain points. Additionally, you will analyze customer journeys, develop hypotheses, set up A/B tests, and track KPIs for better engagement.
