What you can expect

• You design, build, and optimize Power BI and SAP BW dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for our Finance and Mobility platforms.
• You develop reusable and standardized reporting templates that comply with our UX and data governance guidelines.
• You model data in Power BI Desktop based on established best practices (e.g. star schemas, relationships, hierarchies, and DAX measures) and closely collaborate with Product Owners and the Finance team.
• You optimize data models with a focus on performance, usability, and maintainability.
• You provide support as well as error analysis and troubleshooting for report users and advanced users.

What makes you stand out

• You have at least three years of experience in developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
• You possess strong expertise in DAX, data modeling, and Power Query (M).
• You have solid knowledge of relational databases as well as MDX and SQL.
• You have experience with enterprise data platforms, ideally based on Azure, and with SAP BW / SAP Data Sphere.
• You stand out through strong analytical and problem‑solving skills and are able to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• You are familiar with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, Snowflake, or data catalog tools.
• You use MS Office confidently (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and create professionally structured analyses, reports, and presentations.
• You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner, and demonstrate a strong results‑driven mindset.
• You are fluent in both German and English, written and spoken, and present your ideas clearly and convincingly.
