Role

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making
• Gather and analyze reporting requirements from business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals
• Connect, transform, and model data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, databases, Excel, cloud platforms, etc.)
• Optimize existing dashboards and data models for performance and usability
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all reporting solutions
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and insights to management and cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance)
• Collaborate with IT and Data teams to improve data infrastructure and reporting processes
• Stay updated with Power BI and business intelligence trends, suggesting new approaches to improve analytics capabilities

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in designing and developing dashboards and reports using Power BI
• Strong skills in data modeling, DAX, and Power Query (M language)
• Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases
• Good understanding of data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
• Experience with ERP/CRM data sources (e.g., SAP, Dynamics, Logo) is a plus
• Advanced MS Excel skills
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
• Good communication skills to translate complex data insights into clear business language
• Fluency in English (written and spoken); German is a plus
