The Practice Development Consulting (PDC) Presbyopia Program Manager will be responsible to roll‑out the Presbyopia PDC services into the regional and country levels. Create Practice Development Consulting initiatives to increase overall volume of presbyopia laser treatments and drive implementation of the PDC Presbyopia Program globally, increasing ZEISS presbyopia solutions awareness amongst surgeons, optometrist, and patients. In this role, you will have the opportunity to actively shape the Presbyopia laser vision correction market and contribute to making laser vision correction a natural choice for everyone.

Your Role

• You are responsible for the overall PDC Presbyopia Program.
• You identify current barriers for surgeons to recommend PRESBYOND procedure.
• You will develop tools to facilitate PRESBYOND patient counseling.
• You work closely with the global PDC team to gain customer insights and implement the program in targeted countries.
• You will collaborate closely with the Professional Education Team, global PRESBYOND KOLs to ensure voice of customer is represented and co-develop educational programs.
• You ensure continued alignment and consistency of training across different regions and countries.
