We are looking for a candidate to support our project management in improving marketing automation processes and identifying the right touchpoints in the customer journey.

Your Activities

Support project management in improving marketing automation processes and identifying the right touchpoints in the customer journey
Accompany campaign planning and regularly coordinate with internal stakeholders
Independently set up campaigns in the CRM system and creatively design marketing automation activities
Observe current trends in digital marketing and get to know new tools and techniques, including artificial intelligence (AI), to improve lead management
Prepare internal presentations or training materials
Ensure data quality in the Microsoft D365-CRM system

Your Profile

Study of media, economics or communication sciences with a focus on marketing
First experiences in marketing automation (B2B) or CRM systems are desirable
Enthusiasm for current trends and developments in digital marketing
Precise, independent and self-reliant way of working
Good English skills in word and writing
Internship duration of at least three months with subsequent possibility of continued employment as a working student
