Presales Consultant (all genders)

Your mission

• You will support our sales team throughout the entire pre-sales process and provide technical and professional advice to our prospects and customers.
• Together with the sales team, you will conduct customer‑specific demos, workshops, and presentations, addressing individual requirements.
• You will analyze customer processes, translate requirements into practical solution concepts, and demonstrate how they can be implemented with our domeba software.
• You will independently perform initial configurations and customizations in the software, thus preparing for implementation by our consulting team.
• You will work closely with sales, consulting, and the product owner, acting as the interface between customer needs and technical implementation.
• You will actively contribute your technical and professional expertise to tender processes.

Your profile

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in a relevant field – e.g., consulting, project management, or customer support.
• Initial experience in technical sales, presales, or with software solutions is a plus, but not required.
• You are a strong communicator, a good listener, able to understand requirements and communicate them clearly. You enjoy customer contact: You present yourself confidently and convince clients through expert advice rather than cold calling.
• You quickly grasp technical concepts – software isn't a mystery to you.
• You work in a structured and solution‑oriented manner and maintain a clear overview, even in complex projects. You are fluent in German; English is a plus. Prior knowledge of compliance, occupational safety, or ESG is welcome – but not required. Your willingness to learn new topics is essential.
