Pricing & Global Master Data Administrator GAO (m/f/d)

PANTA is a fintech startup building next-generation technology for the indexing and investment management industry . Our platform powers the creation, calculation and distribution of financial indices used by asset managers, ETF providers and financial institutions worldwide.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to build and operate the infrastructure powering PANTA’s index technology platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain our Kubernetes-based private cloud infrastructure
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Improve deployment automation and system reliability
• Monitor system performance and optimize resource usage
• Implement infrastructure-as-code practices
• Ensure security, compliance and operational resilience
• Collaborate with developers to improve deployment and observability
• Support production operations and incident management

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
• Experience operating production cloud or private cloud infrastructure
• Experience with CI/CD systems
• Solid knowledge of Linux systems administration
• Experience with monitoring, logging and observability tools
• Experience with automation and infrastructure as code

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in financial services or fintech
• Knowledge of distributed systems and microservice architectures
• Experience with security and compliance in regulated environments
