As a Principal Architect within the CTO team, you will shape technical strategy and guide solution architectures across diverse automotive domains. You will spearhead customer interactions, influence decision‑making, and conceptualize differentiated solutions leveraging emerging technology trends. You will review architectures developed by domain teams and support industry‑academia collaborations to accelerate innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities

Expert advisor and thought leader in internal and external techno‑commercial discussions

Lead critical customer interactions and pursue solutions to influence evolution

Conceptualize high‑level solution architectures and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Review domain team solutions and serve as a sparring partner to evolve cross‑domain solutions

Monitor technology trends and provide insights for future product and solution strategies

Drive industry consortium and academia collaboration and partnerships

Required Skills

Deep understanding of automotive systems, software platforms, and industry standards

Strong knowledge of technology trends in automotive EE architecture, domains, connectivity and security

Excellent communication and presentation skills for high‑stakes customer interactions

Proven track record in crafting solution strategies aligned with business objectives

Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as AI/ML, Gen‑AI, and Agentic AI solutions

Fluent German language skills (C1/C2)

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD concepts for large‑scale systems

Experience in global customer engagement and thought leadership initiatives

Experience with virtual engineering/validation solutions for automotive software development and validation

Understanding of semiconductor ecosystem, low‑level software development and hardware integration
