About you

Pactum\'s vision is for our agents to be deeply embedded in our customers\' business processes and drive tangible value for them. Our next phase is about moving from successful standalone negotiations to deeply embedded, automated workflows that eliminate manual friction.

As a Principal Product Manager you will own the strategy for scaling our ecosystem of integrated enterprise clients. You will lead the unified strategy for two connected product teams, the DataBridge and Upstream teams , to ensure every integration delivers measurable customer value, drives adoption, and accelerates Pactum’s transition to fully autonomous enterprise procurement workflows. You will ensure that the technical bridges we build are actually crossed by our customers and own the strategy for scaling our ecosystem of integrated enterprise clients.

Your daily adventures will include

Discovering high-value integrations. Work with customers and GTM teams to identify the systems that actually drive deals and retention.
Bridging tech and business. Build features that create immediate value and connect technical capability with real customer workflows.
Driving real ROI. Ensure every integration is used, delivers impact, and moves customers closer to autonomous negotiation.
Shaping the roadmap. Define and execute a long-term plan that moves Pactum toward fully autonomous enterprise procurement.
Immersing in customer workflows. Spend time with procurement and IT teams to understand needs and implementation realities.
Launching with impact. Lead products from discovery to launch: write specs, collaborate with engineers, coordinate GTM, and enable sales teams.
Amplifying team productivity. Use AI tools, improve processes, and share best practices to help the product team move faster.

What you bring

AI-powered problem solving. You know how to leverage AI to solve real business problems, especially in enterprise procurement.
Procurement ops expertise. You speak the language of POs, approvals, supplier onboarding, catalogs, and invoice reconciliation: hands-on or through product experience.
Enterprise architecture fluency. You navigate complex Fortune 500 tech stacks, bridge fragmented ERPs, and design integrations that actually work.
Outcome obsession. You measure success in customer impact, not just shipped features, and can prioritize what moves the needle.
Tech-savvy communicator. You can discuss APIs, data models, and system architecture with engineers, and translate them for business audiences.
User-first thinker. You understand pain points and build simple solutions that deliver real value.
Platform mindset. You build for scale, reuse, and systemic impact- not one-off features.

As a bonus, it would be great if you have:

Platform, Integration, or Technical PM experience in B2B SaaS.
Direct experience with ProcureTech, FinTech, or ERP ecosystems (SAP, Workday, Coupa, Ariba, Zip, etc.).
Hands-on procurement or finance ops experience: worked in procurement, a Buy Desk, or finance operations.
Proven integration launches that measurably improved workflow efficiency.
Experience building agents that solve real problems at scale.
