We’re looking for a strategic, analytical, and execution-driven Principal Sales Strategy & Operations to shape our go-to-market engine and partner directly with senior leadership. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor across the business, driving growth through data, structure, and strategic clarity. This is a hybrid role, our office is in Berlin-Charlottenburg. You report to the Sales Director Real Estate.
Act as a key sparring partner to senior leadership on high-stakes GTM and revenue decisions.
Identify opportunities to accelerate revenue, improve funnel efficiency, and reduce churn.
Develop operating frameworks that enable data-driven performance measurement and decision-making.
Lead cross-functional initiatives (e.g., regional growth plans) with Marketing, Customer Service, and Product.
Build simple, scalable processes across the full customer lifecycle to drive efficiency and consistency.
Lead key commercial planning topics, including target setting, coverage modeling, compensation design, forecasting, and productivity improvements.
You bring 3+ years in strategy consulting (or equivalent) plus 3 to 5 years in Sales Strategy/Operations, or 8+ years total in similar roles.
You are fluent in German (C1+) and English.
You are highly analytical and data-first, bringing structure and clarity to complex problems.
You combine a builder mindset with strong operational skills, being hands-on, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.
You have experience with digital business models, and PropTech experience is a plus.
You understand GTM mechanics deeply, including targets, compensation plans, pipeline management, forecasting, and productivity optimization.
You’re a strong cross-functional leader who inspires teams and drives ambitious outcomes.
