Principal SiC Process Specialist (f/m/d)

Key Responsibilities

• Spearhead the planning and execution of manufacturing technologies within the SiC domain. Explore and assess leading industry platforms and technologies, establish a resource network for industry collaboration, and drive project-based technical partnerships
• Oversee SiC manufacturing requirements and develop cutting-edge micro-nano manufacturing solutions based on the SiC technology platform’s capabilities
• Lead the implementation of SiC manufacturing solutions and address significant technical challenges
• Recruit and integrate key technology experts and resources to support the advancement and breakthrough of related processes and technologies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Semiconductor Physics, Microelectronics, Materials Science, Chemistry, or a related field within the semiconductor industry
• More than 12 years of experience in semiconductor epitaxy introduction or development, with direct experience in SiC product introduction or production required
• Strong understanding of SiC process flow, manufacturing processes, and characterization techniques preferred
• Expertise in semiconductor material processing, ideally related to power devices development.
• Proficiency in measurement methods and techniques for evaluating materials and process outcomes
• Demonstrated success in mass production within leading industry factories is highly advantageous.
• Practical, hands-on approach with an adaptable mindset for working in diverse cultural environments
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in German and/or Chinese is a plus
