Role Principal Software Architect | High-Scale Distributed Systems | Berlin (Hybrid)

The Role:

We are representing a high-growth European technology firm currently building a next-generation automation ecosystem for global enterprises. After a significant recent capital injection, they are scaling their Berlin engineering hub to become a center of excellence for distributed systems and real-time data processing.

The Engineering Challenge:

This isn't a "maintenance" role. You will be joining a high-seniority team where the ratio of Staff/Principal engineers is intentionally high to ensure a flat, fast-moving hierarchy.

System Ownership:

Design and oversee cross-team architectures that handle massive concurrency and sub-second latency.

Pragmatic Excellence:

Influence the long-term technical roadmap while remaining a hands-on contributor (coding is a daily part of the role).

The Stack:

Modern cloud-native environment (TypeScript/Node, Python, Kubernetes) focused on event-driven architecture.
