Participate in every phase of the investment process—from sourcing and evaluating new opportunities to closing deals and managing portfolio companies. Analyze industries and identify potential investment targets using your strategic mindset and entrepreneurial thinking. Build financial models, assess business plans, and meet with management teams to evaluate fit and potential. Play a key role in due diligence processes, deal structuring, and negotiations. Collaborate closely with portfolio companies to implement growth initiatives and track performance. Prepare investment committee materials and contribute actively to strategic discussions. Your Profile

Outstanding academic background, with relevant experience in private equity, corporate finance, M&A, or strategy consulting. Strong financial modeling skills and a solid grasp of business model evaluation. Strategic thinker with sharp analytical capabilities and sound commercial judgment. Highly organized, dependable, and capable of thriving under pressure. Natural team player with integrity, a proactive mindset, and leadership potential. Eager to continuously improve, challenge the status quo, and seek innovative solutions. Fluent in both German and English; comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders.
