Working closely with People Operations, People Partners, Centers of Excellence (COEs), and the People Technology team, the Process Analyst ensures that processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with global standards — while supporting automation and digital enablement initiatives. • Develop standardized process documentation, including SOPs, process maps, and RACI matrices.
  • Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and create training materials and process documentation for Global People Operations teams.
  • Continuous Improvement & Automation: Monitor and evaluate process performance post-implementation.
  • Governance & Compliance: Ensure all process documentation aligns with global People policies, data privacy, and compliance standards (GDPR, local regulations).
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with People Partners, COEs, and Regional People Operations teams to gather process requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow/Green Belt certification preferred.
  • 3–5 years’ experience in HR process improvement, HR operations, or Shared Services.
  • Proven experience in process mapping, documentation, and workflow optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of global HR processes (e.g., onboarding, offboarding, employee data management, payroll support).
  • Familiarity with HR technologies such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM.
  • Experience working on HR transformation or system implementation projects preferred.

Additional Information

  • Make the most of our hybrid working model and join the team for face-to-face connection and collaboration in our Berlin campus 2 days a week.
  • We offer 27 days holiday with an extra day on the 2nd and 3rd year of service.
  • Educational budget and career growth opportunities: 1,000 € Educational Budget, Language Courses, Parental Support, and access to the Udemy Business platform.
  • Health and wellbeing: Health Checkups, Meditation, Gym & Bicycle Subsidy.
  • Financial and lifestyle benefits: Employee Share Purchase Plan, Sabbatical Bank, Public Transportation Ticket Discount, Life & Accident Insurance, Corporate Pension Plan.
  • Food and discounts: Digital Meal Vouchers, Food Vouchers, Corporate Discounts.
  • Relocation to Berlin: information and support via our relocation hub and related resources.
