Job Purpose

As a Process Consultant, you will standardize, streamline, and automate our ways of working with a particular emphasis on optimizing end-to-end processes. As our business grows and our partners needs evolve, you will innovate by creating efficient and low-touch processes while keeping required flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Analyze existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Standardize, optimize, and automate business processes using various tools and methodologies.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams (IT, RPA and Celonis) teams to develop sustainable solutions.
• Implement changes and monitor their impact on business performance.
• Provide support and training to business teams on new processes and tools.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• +5 years of experience in similar role, ideally in a pan European setup.
• Strong understanding of BPM tools and optimization methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Experience on Change Management on multi-function/country projects
• Experience on Process Mining tools (e.g. Celonis) and on AI tools is a plus.
• SAP knowledge (SAP ECC, HANA and Business Warehouse) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to converse and write effectively in English.
• Strong communication skills with different levels of stakeholders
