Job Description

Goal of the project:

To identify impediments in the current processes in the Customer Services domain by modelling the current processes according to ArchiMate & TOGAF standards, to enable faster Cabin upgrades for an aircraft

Activities to perform:

Process modelling diagrams, interviewing stakeholders, Exports from Archi to EA Sparx & vice-versa

Mandatory skills needed:

BPM, Interviewing, Google Workspace

Beneficial skills:

TOGAF, ArchiMate, Enterprise Architecture, Sparx EA, DrawIO
