We are currently looking for a Process & Performance Manager / Project Manager Logistics - Focus SAP WM/EWM (d/f/m) to join our team 'Processes and Solutions' in Hamburg – Fuhlsbüttel, Germany. You will become part of a diverse team of 10+ experts dedicated to driving our logistics design and digital solutions, ensuring our global ecosystem delivers parts to the aviation market precisely on time. We are on an ambitious transformation journey to reshape and modernise our warehouse processes and systems worldwide. As part of this mission, you will collaborate in a truly international environment across our hubs in Hamburg, Copenhagen, Beijing, Singapore, and Washington.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will develop and drive our journey toward deploying a new SAP EWM solution, acting as our go‑to business process professional and project leader.
  • You will use your deep expertise in standard EWM capabilities and logistics processes to study our current landscape and design a future‑proof roadmap.
  • You will execute our WMS transformation plan, working hand‑in‑hand with our logistics and IT teams to turn strategy into reality.
  • You will collaborate closely with the global logistics and E2E community, providing the guidance and business architecture needed to align our international operations.
  • You will design and maintain cutting‑edge processes, ensuring they are always up‑to‑date and clearly understood by our operations teams.
  • You will be a key bridge‑builder, working side‑by‑side with our local experts to ensure our warehouse solutions deliver maximum impact on the ground.

You will be located in Hamburg Fuhlsbüttel and live a mix of on‑site and home office. There will be limited travel within Europe and globally, and you should be able to travel accordingly.

ABOUT YOU

  • You hold a degree in Logistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • You bring several years of professional experience in logistics, specifically within warehousing, shipping and transport. Previous experience in the aviation industry is a plus.
  • You have deep expertise in SAP WM/EWM, including requirements management, solution design, and testing, while staying aligned with industry standards.
  • You have a proven track record of successfully introducing a new Warehouse Management System (WMS) to a warehouse environment.
  • You offer strong skills in process and project management, which will be key to your success in this role.
  • You are fluent in English.
