As a Process & SystemManagerERP, you act as the architect of business processes and the owner of our ERP landscape. You ensure that processes, systems, and stakeholders are aligned with our strategic goals. You drive process transparency, system optimization, and digital enablement across the organization — combining process governance, ERPexpertise, and cross‑functional orchestration.
The role can be based remotely anywhere in Croatia or in a hybrid model in one of our offices in Čakovec or Zagreb.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Process Management & Governance

• You support the definition, implementation, and continuous development of business process management standards in close collaboration with process owners and stakeholders.
• You plan, test, document, and train new or modified processes to ensure seamless operational execution.
• You orchestrate stakeholders across business, application, and IT teams to drive sustainable process improvements.
• You actively monitor KPIs and ensure continuous process optimization through structuredcontrollingand coaching.
• You manage projects for the development and rollout of new or improved processes.
• You enable and support ISO requirements on process level and ensure alignment with quality standards.

Systems Ownership & Governance

• You lead and manage ERP implementation, configuration, customization, and continuous optimization in alignment with business requirements and company strategy.
• You ensure seamless integration within the FRAMOS system landscape, including interfaces, data migration, and cross‑system consistency.
• You plan, test, document, and roll out new functionalities, updates, and enhancements while ensuring system stability and performance.
• You maintain data integrity, enforce system standards, and safeguard compliance and security requirements.
• You manage stakeholder demands, prioritize system initiatives within budget constraints, and steer external ERP partners and vendors.
• You drive user enablement through structured documentation, training, and ongoing support to ensure high adoption and data quality.
• You contribute strategically to the mid‑and long‑term development of the ERP and overall system landscape.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have several years of experience in ERP management, business process management, or a comparable role.
• You have strong expertise in ERP implementation, configuration, and system integration.
• You have solid knowledge of process governance, KPI tracking, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• You are experienced in cross‑functional project management and stakeholder orchestration.
• You combine analytical thinking with a structured and solution‑oriented working style.
• You have strong communication skills and can translate business requirements into system solutions.
• You are fluent in English, spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.
