Job Description

• Act directly on the shop floor to identify and implement improvements in processes and production lines
• Develop and implement projects to automate production lines, increasing efficiency and reducing manual intervention
• Apply industrial engineering methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.) to reduce waste and operating costs
• Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and production managers to enhance overall efficiency;

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a technical or higher education degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, or related fields.
