About the Role We are seeking an

entry-level Procurement Compliance Officer

to support subcontractor due diligence, supplier qualification, and compliance in procurement processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to start a career in procurement, supply chain, or compliance. You’ll work closely with commercial, legal, and project teams to uphold governance standards and ensure suppliers meet quality, safety, and compliance requirements. The position is based in our Frankfurt office and is not open to relocation or remote arrangements.

Key Job Responsibilities Conduct supplier and subcontractor due diligence (financial, safety, quality, and insurance). Maintain supplier records, databases, and compliance documentation. Assist with pre-qualification and reporting to ensure procurement compliance. Support internal teams (procurement, legal, HSE, and project teams) to manage supplier risk.

Job Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or related field. Ideally 0–2 years of relevant experience (internships or recent graduates welcome). Strong analytical and organizational skills with interest in compliance and governance topics. Fluent English required; conversational German beneficial. Must have full rights to work in the EU (EU passport or valid EU Blue Card only). Must currently reside within daily commuting distance of Frankfurt —
