Procurement Manager (12-Month FTC)

Job Description

• Develop and implement category & sourcing strategies, collaborating with brand, product, and inventory teams to align priorities.
• Manage global supplier sourcing, selection, and negotiations, leveraging the Asia sourcing office where appropriate.
• Conduct market analysis and cost management, working closely with the Sourcing Cost Analyst to ensure data-driven procurement activities.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to capture new product developments and cost reduction opportunities.
• Oversee supplier performance, including capacity monitoring, quality standards, and adherence to timelines.
• Prepare management reports on supplier performance, market analysis, and cost developments.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements while maintaining accurate procurement records.

Qualifications

• Business studies degree or comparable professional training with 3-5 years of experience in sourcing, buying, and procurement, preferably in e-commerce/retail/consumer goods sector
• Proven experience in strategic purchasing activities, including tendering, negotiation, and strategy development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and business fluent in English (additional languages advantageous)
• Supply market knowledge and supplier development capabilities
• Willingness to travel internationally
