Procurement Manager Indirect Spend (m/w/d)

You lead strategic procurement across indirect spend categories such as Network Operations, IT Licenses & Consulting, Legal, Product Development, Marketing, HR and companywide Insurance policies. You drive complex negotiations, manage key supplier relationships, and lead procurement initiatives that deliver cost savings, service quality, and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end to end sourcing strategies across indirect spend categories
• Own and drive complex negotiations with key suppliers, focusing on cost, terms, and service levels
• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships and improve supplier performance
• Lead and develop procurement processes, standards, and best practices
• Act as main point of contact for senior internal stakeholders
• Ensure strong contract management and compliance with internal policies
• Drive cost optimization and track savings across categories
• Build transparency through reporting, KPIs, and performance tracking
• Lead and support junior team members where applicable

Your profile

• 5+ years' experience in procurement with strong focus on indirect spend
• Proven track record in leading negotiations and managing high value contracts
• Strong supplier management experience with focus on long term partnerships
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Strategic mindset with strong execution focus
