headquarters in Hamburg , we manage our international activities and are currently looking to strengthen our team by hiring a motivated

Procurement Manager (m/f/d) Medical Equipment.

Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end procurement process for medical equipment and related supplies Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers and service providers Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with operations and logistics teams to meet demand Conduct market analysis to identify trends, new products, and potential cost-saving opportunities Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal procurement policies Prepare procurement reports, forecasts, and budgets for management Lead supplier audits and performance evaluations Collaborate with cross-functional teams on sourcing strategies, tender processes, and project procurement

Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field Proven experience in procurement, preferably in medical equipment, healthcare, or technical equipment Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills Knowledge of sourcing strategies, vendor management, and procurement best practices Familiarity with contract management and compliance regulations in healthcare or medical sectors Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Proficiency in procurement software and MS Office, Ideally, experience with Microsoft Dynamics
