Procurement Team Lead (m/f/d)

Our G 120TP and G 115 are operated by air forces and flight academies worldwide in EASA and AS9100 regulated environments.

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Team Lead to drive strategic sourcing and supply chain performance. (Aerospace experience is a must have).

Your Role:

• Lead and coordinate a team of three aerospace buyers across serial production, MRO and new product material streams
• Ensure aerospace material availability for aircraft production, fleet support and maintenance operations
• Manage your own procurement scope end-to-end: RFQ, supplier negotiation, PO, delivery monitoring
• Report directly to Head of Procurement with full escalation authority

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in technical procurement or strategic sourcing in aerospace, aviation or defense OEM environments (must have)
• Familiarity with SAP/ERP systems and AS9100 quality standards
• Strong leadership skills with hands‑on mentality
• Confidence in contract negotiation and supply chain risk management
• Ability to create structure and speed across production and MRO value streams
• Fluent in German and English
