We are seeking a highly analytical and technically skilled Mid-level Product Analyst to join the Customer & Partner Care Product Analytics team at Just Eat Takeaway.com. This crucial role focuses on driving the success of product improvements, particularly within our partner onboarding efforts, collaborating on AI-driven products designed to enhance the partner onboarding journey, understanding and optimising product experiences, and translating complex data into actionable recommendations to contribute to data-informed decisions. This position requires hands‑on expertise with various data tools and a solid understanding of data pipelines. Key attributes for this role include being a passionate and skilled Product Analyst, thriving on collaborative work with multiple stakeholders, being adept at using data, insight, and analysis to inform critical business decisions, and an eagerness to grow analytical skills and make a tangible impact. Working closely with product managers, UX designers and researchers, engineers, and other data professionals, you will help shape a better global user experience. Our wider team consists of product analysts and data engineers, focusing specifically on the support journey for our customers and partners.
