Product and Services Marketing Manager

As a Product & Services Marketing Manager across the EMEA region, you act as a bridge between EMEA Services, Marketing, and Sales. Your mission is to ensure EMEA product andservice marketfit by aligning offerings with market needs and customer expectations. Youconsolidateand share market and customer insights, translating them into a clear, impactful positioning that supports both business competitiveness and go-to-market clarity.

You play a key role in fostering cross-functional collaboration by diffusing market culture across teams and aligning stakeholders around a common vision. As an organizational pivot point, you bring strategic alignment, clarity, and trust—ensuring that our offerings are not only well-designed but also market-ready and compelling.

Responsibilities:

Understand the market & customer needs (25%)

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence across the EMEA region, taking into account the diversity of local markets
  • Conduct customers interviews, collect feedback, identify customer personae/Ideal Customer Profile, pain points, use cases
  • Develop deep understanding of key industries (AEC, manufacturing, infrastructure)
  • Support the definition and maintenance of Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and buyer/user personas, ensuring they are continuously updated, documented, and shared across teams as part of a structured knowledge management approach

Shape the offering & messaging (20%)

  • Define the positioning and value proposition
  • Transform the features into benefits and define the messaging
  • Contribute to the structuring and packaging of the offer (bundles, pricing…)
  • Align the different teams (Marketing, Services, Sales) on messaging

Drive the go-to-market(GTM)(35%)

  • Build and execute multichannel GTM plans in partnership with Services (consulting and development), Sales and Marketing teams
  • Support sales enablement with tailored materials (battle cards, success stories, sales training materials, email templates)
  • Support brand and demand generation efforts through marketing enablement including:
  • Messaging and offering briefs and frameworks
  • Creating content for brochures, website, campaigns, webinars…
  • Develop compelling content across the buyer journey to support brand awareness, demand generation and sales conversion

Track, iterate and improve (20%)

  • Promote the products/services
  • Define and monitor key metrics
  • Manage and maintain feedback loops to continuously refine the GTM approach
  • Communicate results and insights internally to influence the roadmap
  • Work closely with Services teams to evaluate, harmonize, and develop service offers—aligning them with market needs, technical insights, and partner ecosystems to continuously evolve the EMEA products and services portfolio

Requirements:

Professional experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field
  • 5+ years experiences in Product Marketing, Marketing, Sales or Consulting roles
  • Industry expertise or strong interest in the AEC, Infrastructure and Manufacturing ecosystems
  • Experience in leading end-to-end positioning and go-to-market strategy, tailoring messaging to key customer segments and personas, enabling teams with a differentiating narrative, and continuously refining it based on field feedback
  • Knowledge of marketing tools (HubSpot, Canva and WordPress), business management tools (NetSuite, Airtable), collaborative tools (Miro) and internal communications tools (MS Sharepoint, Outlook)
  • Experience in B2B SaaS company is a plus

  • Strong analytical mindset and data‑driven decision‑making skills: able to define KPIs, analyze product/service performance and turn insights into action
  • Strong skills in storytelling and content creation, including messaging frameworks, pitch decks, brochures, landing pages, campaign briefs…
  • Strong project management skills and proven expertise in leading cross‑functional product launches—from strategic planning and pre‑launch preparation to coordinated execution and on‑time delivery
  • Competent in competitive analysis and market research: able to benchmark competitors, identify trends, gather customer insights, and anticipate shifts in the market
  • Effective enablement skills, with the ability to create sales and marketing assets such as battle cards, training materials, messaging frameworks, and content that drive team alignment and performance
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to confidently create and deliver clear, compelling presentations to diverse internal and external stakeholders

  • Strong interpersonal and cross‑cultural communication skills, fostering positive interactions, active listening, and effective collaboration across varied teams and geographies
  • Strategic thinking enriched by constructive debate, combined with sound decision‑making in complex environments

Language

Fluent English both verbal and written is a must

Other European languages a plus
