WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Partner with product teams in preparing and assessing new product initiatives, ensuring Compliance issues are identified and addressed during the product design process
• Advise on relevant regulatory requirements, including MiFID II/MiFIR, MAR/MAD, MiCAR, PSD II, SRD II, EMIR and AML ensuring compliance considerations are embedded early on
• Communication with internal and external stakeholders in all arising questions regarding product compliance
• Provide advice on marketing standards, new campaigns and general marketing approaches for both new and existing products
• Work closely with other departments, in particular Risk, Legal, Finance and People to deliver aligned and consistent input to the product teams.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Successfully completed studies in economics, law or business law or comparable studies
• Ideally, several years of professional experience in the area of investment compliance in auditing or consulting firms, in-depth knowledge of the relevant regulatory and legal requirements, and/or
• Several years of professional experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Knowledge of MiFID II/MiFIR, WpHG, MaComp, MaRisk, MaDepot, MiCAR etc. as well as of other prominent EU regulatory frameworks
• English is essential; German is highly preferred. Other European languages are beneficial, with Spanish considered a plus.
