Product Design Manager

What You'll Do:

Lead and grow a design team — manage and mentor four UX designers, provide regular feedback, and play an active role in hiring as the team scales.

Set the design vision — own the UX direction for the guest experience, balancing near‑term delivery with long‑term product quality.

Drive research — lead UX research across the department to surface opportunities and ensure design decisions are rooted in real user needs.

⚡ Stay hands‑on — this isn't a purely managerial role. When it matters, you'll be in the work yourself.

Scale the design system — continuously improve how the team operates and contribute to a design system built for a growing product.
