Product Development Manager (m/f/d) – Confectionery | FMCG

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Product Development Manager (m/f/d) who enjoys working at the intersection of product development, marketing and suppliers to shape and grow our confectionery portfolio.

From idea to shelf – help us create the next generation of confectionery products.

You will lead the development of new confectionery products from concept to market launch while managing our portfolio and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget and at the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Managing and developing our confectionery product portfolio
• Identifying consumer trends, insights and market opportunities
• Driving new product development, relaunches and packaging updates
• Preparing product specifications for development and production
• Coordinating packaging design and validating artwork with suppliers
• Defining pricing, positioning and product planning volumes
• Monitoring competitor activities and category developments
• Working closely with marketing, purchasing, suppliers and production partners

We are looking for someone who combines analytical thinking with creativity and a passion for consumer products.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Development, Product Management, Category Management or Project Management
• Ideally experience in FMCG, food or packaging
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Excellent Excel skills (Power BI is a plus)
• Interest in product design and packaging
• English: business fluent
