Product Engineer for Structural Analysis Software – Reinforced Concrete Structures

• You have a degree as a structural engineer (ideally with a focus on reinforced concrete structures/concrete structures/structural design).
• Ideally, you have already gained initial experience as a structural engineer or structural designer and have in-depth knowledge of the design of reinforced concrete structures or prestressed concrete structures and connections according to Eurocode 2 or ACI 318 or CSA A23.3
• You have analytical skills for evaluating and implementing national and international standards.
• You already have experience in using FEA software and structural frame & truss analysis software, ideally with Dlubal programs, for example RFEM or RSTAB.
• You are interested in software development and enjoy designing and presenting technical solutions.
• You have strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with users, developers, and customers
• You have very good German (at least C1) and good English (at least B2) skills, both written and spoken

Your Contribution to Success

• Link between application and development: You are the interface between our customers/users and our programmers/developers. You gather important customer feedback, use it to design suitable concepts for improving the software, and coordinate these with the software development team.
• Become a structural analysis all-rounder: Your adventure begins with supporting our users in Solution Engineering for the first six months. Whether by email or phone, you are always on hand to resolve technical queries about our programs and, at the end of the day, put a smile on our users' faces.
• Quality and product management: To not only meet but exceed the demands of the Dlubal Community, you will also be responsible for quality assurance through program testing and comparative calculations. At the same time, you will create important analyses as a basis for programming and technical documentation, for example manuals, technical articles, and product features.
• Training presentations: You will present our software in webinars and at trade shows, seminars, or conferences, where you will also represent our company, Dlubal Software. You will also assist our sales team with technical questions, training, and demonstrations to ensure an optimal customer experience.

As a product engineer in reinforced concrete structures, you are the most important interface between our users and software development. Through numerous discussions with customers, you will gather valuable feedback for the further development of Dlubal products and shape the future of our structural analysis software with your ideas. Develop new program concepts, present newly integrated features, and support our users in making full use of our successful structural analysis programs, always driven by our promise of “Enjoy structural analysis …”.
